PRIVACY POLICY OF MESSAGE CANDLES Online Store

1.5 ANDROINVEST has complied with the rules of protecting Customer privacy as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Act and the Online Service Provision Act of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1 Provision of any personal data by Customer is voluntary, yet necessary to use certain functionalities of MIA COLONIA Online Store. Thus, unless you give your personal information, you will not be able to use certain functionalities of MIA COLONIA Online Store.
2.2 Processing of your personal data is necessary to execute certain functions of MIA COLONIA Online Store or to take certain actions demanded by the Customer before the contract is signed. 3. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

3.1 This Privacy Policy shall apply to personal data processed by MIA COLONIA Online Store in order to enable your usage of MIA COLONIA Online Store functionalities, including data collected automatically whenever you visit MIA COLONIA Online Store.

5.5 You can edit and delete the personal data you specified in your Customer Account (use "My Account" tab).

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANDROINVEST

6.1 ANDROINVEST is entitled to disclose selected information concerning the Customer to competent authorities or third parties demanding such disclosure, on valid legal grounds as prescribed.
6.2 ANDROINVEST reserves the right to entrust the processing of the Customer's personal data or any other information referred to in this Privacy Policy on the basis of an agreement in writing, which shall be executed in accordance with Article 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act, to ANDROINVEST'S site hosting, administration and maintenance service providers supporting MIA COLONIA Online Store.
6.3 ANDROINVEST hereby declares that it shall be entitled to entrust processing of the Customer's personal data or any other data referred to in this Privacy Policy to other service providers working for ANDROINVEST or directly for the Customer to the extent necessary for using MIA COLONIA Online Store, particularly for completion of orders, handling complaints and using the financial services available at MIA COLONIA Online Store, on the basis of a written agreement executed in accordance with Article 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act. In particular, Customers' personal data can be entrusted to product suppliers, banks, insurance companies, and finance and assurance institutions.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1 ANDROINVEST declares that it is making every effort to ensure a high level of safety for Customers in using MIA COLONIA Online Store. Any incidents that may affect the security of information or data transmission, including any suspected uploads of files infected with viruses or similar files other than malware should be reported to ANDROINVEST via e-mail: office@miacolonia.it
7.2 ANDROINVEST implements such technical and organizational measures as to guarantee the protection of processed personal data according to the existing threats and classification of protected data; specifically, ANDROINVEST shall protect the data from unauthorized access, seizure, processing in breach of valid laws, modification, loss, damage or destruction. In addition, ANDROINVEST proceeds with special care to make sure that any personal data is:
correct and processed in accordance with the law,
collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes,
adequate, relevant and not excessive,
accurate and updated,
not retained longer than necessary,
processed in compliance with the rights of the respective owners of such data, including the right to restrict disclosure,
safely stored,
not transferred without adequate protection.
7.3 Personal data shall be stored in a database with such technical and organizational measures in place that ensure protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements prescribed by mandatory rules of the law on personal data protection, including the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 concerning personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational requirements applicable to information technology systems and hardware used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024). Access to the database shall be restricted to authorized data administrators only.
7.4 ANDROINVEST shall provide the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized acquisition or modification of personal data transmitted online:
a. Securing the database against unauthorized access.
b. Access to Customer Account only with a unique username and password.
7.5 For your own safety, make sure that:
a. You choose your username and password to your Customer Account that cannot be easily guessed by third parties. Specifically, ANDROINVEST recommends that you use alphabetic characters and digits as well as uppercase and lowercase characters for your password.
b. You keep your username and password to your Customer Account in confidence and do not disclose your data (username, password) to any third parties.
c. You log off MIA COLONIA Online Store after the end of your session. Closing your browser window will not always log you off the MIA COLONIA Online Store website. To log off the MIA COLONIA Online Store site, click "Log Out".
d. Use antivirus software and regularly scan your hard drives for viruses.

8.3 If you publish any personal data of other persons on MIA COLONIA Online Store (such as their name, address, phone number or e-mail), you can do so only without breaching any laws or any infringement of such persons' rights or interests.
8.4 You are entitled to use the data and contents provided by other MIA COLONIA Online Store Customers only in connection with your usage of MIA COLONIA Online Store and with such persons' consent, in accordance with the applicable law, unless you obtain such other Customers' consent to the processing of their data and contents within a range or for a purpose exceeding the scope of usage of MIA COLONIA Online Store.
