Returns & Refunds Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at office@miacolonia.it and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You may also contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
